Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We deliver globally from our San Diego warehouse, except to some remote areas (even our toughest delivery guys need new challenges). Checkout will confirm if we service your location.
How fast is your shipping?
We process orders in 1-2 business days (weekends are for recovery). After dispatch:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): 10-15 days via DHL/FedEx
- Free Shipping: 15-25 days via EMS for orders over $50
Will I be charged customs fees?
We throw no surprise punches – any customs fees are your responsibility, but we’ll never hide charges. What you see at checkout is what you pay.

What’s your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return window from delivery date. Items must be unused (we know you want to test those gloves, but save the sparring until you’re sure). You cover return shipping – consider it your training fee for changing your mind.
What if my gear arrives damaged?
Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos. We’ll either replace it or refund you – no unnecessary rounds with customer service.
