At RDX Sports, we stand behind our combat and fitness gear like a champion stands behind their training. However, we understand that sometimes equipment needs to be returned or exchanged. Our policy is designed with the same precision as our protective gear – clear, protective, and fair.

Our Return & Exchange Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items from our Protective Gear and Apparel categories cannot be returned:

  • Mouthguards and groin protectors (all protective gear that comes in direct contact with the body)
  • Compression wear with removed hygiene tags
  • Custom or personalized items

How to Return or Exchange

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you:

  • Return authorization number
  • Return shipping instructions
  • Nearest return facility address based on your location

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package your item securely and include:

  • Original packaging
  • All accessories
  • Copy of your order confirmation

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once received at our facility, we’ll inspect your item within 3-5 business days and notify you via email about the status of your refund or exchange.

Refund Information

Timing:

  • Credit card/PayPal refunds: 5-10 business days after approval
  • Bank transfers: 7-14 business days after approval

Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once the return is approved.
