Order Processing Time

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Standard Shipping (DHL or FedEx):
– Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
– Flat rate: $12.95 for all orders
– Recommended for faster delivery

Free Shipping (EMS):
– Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
– Available for orders over $50
– Best for budget-conscious shoppers

Note: Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We stand behind our gear like a fighter stands behind their training, but we understand that sometimes equipment needs to be returned. Our policy is designed to be as protective as our gear – clear and fair.

Our Return Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To qualify:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Must include original packaging with all tags attached
  • Requires proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Mouthguards and groin protectors (all protective gear that contacts the body)
  • Compression wear with removed hygiene tags
  • Custom or personalized items

How to Return or Exchange

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you:

  • Return authorization number
  • Return shipping instructions
  • Nearest return facility address

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package must include:

  • Original packaging
  • All accessories
  • Copy of your order confirmation

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once received, we’ll inspect your item within 3-5 business days and notify you via email about your refund or exchange status.

Refund Information

Timing:

  • Credit card/PayPal refunds: 5-10 business days after approval
  • Bank transfers: 7-14 business days after approval

Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once the return is approved.
